Last week, at Radio City Music Hall, youth from SCAN-Harbor got the unforgettable opportunity to rehearse at Radio City Music Hall! The rehearsal, which took place ahead of the Garden of Dreams Foundations’ Talent Show on May 2nd, was a chance for youth participating in the event to show their stuff on stage at the legendary venue!
SCAN-Harbor’s partnership with Garden of Dreams Foundation continues to shine a light on the talent our youth have, as the annual talent show features performances from three SCAN-Harbor acts. SCAN-Harbor’s very own London Nash will be performing a solo vocal performance. The Performing Arts Ensembles from SCAN-Harbor will be performing a dance routine. And, from Seton Falls, the SCAN-Harbor Dance Team will be performing as well!
In addition to these performances, SCAN-Harbor alumni, Tayon Burton and Tyler James are major parts of production and arrangements for the opening song, and the finale. SCAN-Harbor staff will be choreographing the finale, Burton will be showing off his DJ skills throughout the night as well!
The Garden of Dreams Foundation Annual Talent Show features performances by youth from various human services organizations across New York City, and the tri-state area, and gives youth a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to perform on the Great Stage at Radio City Music Hall. SCAN-Harbor is THRILLED to be a part of this special night once again!
